Telling a story

ACT 1: The set-up

Create engagement by igniting imagination

  • Sight: Describing visuals
  • Sound: Including auditory elements
  • Touch: Incorporating tactile sensations
  • Taste: Mentioning flavors, if applicable
  • Smell: Describing scents
  • Nothing is random, every detail leads up to the next act

Tip: Think of a story as a comic book.

ACT 2: The conflict

Introduce the event or moment that sets the story in motion: things are changing. The events unfold.

ACT 3: The resolution

This is the end, this can be a twist or a reveal
